Testimonials
Trail centre Confidence Builder – Cannock Chase
“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the training on Saturday … I felt the morning was so much more beneficial to me than any of the other training / skills courses I’ve been on. You are the only person who has managed firstly to explain in a way I could understand, how to manual; and secondly, actually to get my front wheel off the floor properly… I’m not generally a fan of women only events but I really do think MTB skills is the one exception where it makes a big positive difference. There seems to be a complete lack of ego and a lot more general encouragement flying about!” Louise, 42, Derbyshire.
Trans Cambrian Way – Epic 2 day Adventure
“I was so proud of myself for completing this…. Most of all though it’s the memories you keep inside which make this trip so worthwhile. The internal battles fought within yourself during long hours in the saddle and views only achieved by hard work. Thanks Verity for support and leadership, couldn’t have done it without you.” Emma, 36
Women’s MTB Training Day
“It was great to learn to track stand and lift my front wheel. This was something I couldn’t do before today… …my mind has been blown by the amount of carbs one should be consuming during training and racing. I’ve probably only ever had 3 gels in my entire life and never put carbs in my drinks bottle.” Jayne, 44, Gloucestershire
