It’s finally all go.
Waiting at the airport, surprisingly relaxed. I think I’ve done all the stressing well ahead of time. No doubt I’ve forgotten something essential, but I’m sure I’ll cope.
Next post will be from Cape Town. It’s sunny there. I don’t like to be beaten by the weather, I like to think I am above that. But of course, I’m human! It has been a long cold & wet winter in the West Midlands, I need some sun – not too much mind, last time I got heat stroke 🙃
Myself and Michael are sat drinking tea and eating cake.
Miles in the legs. Kit ready. Body weight down a bit. Mind rested.
Now to make some team work.
